At Dharm Darpan, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return policy before placing your order:

  1. Non-Returnable Items

    • Sambrani Hawan Cups and Dhoop Sticks are non-returnable due to their nature and usage.

  2. Returnable Products

    • All other products available on our website are returnable if:

      • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

      • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Return Shipping

    • We use Shiprocket as our logistics partner for both deliveries and returns.

    • The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. You can easily generate a return pickup request through Shiprocket, or you may choose to ship it yourself using a trusted courier.

  4. Refund Process

    • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

    • Refunds are approved only if the product is returned in original condition.

  5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
